Is interview anxiety holding you back?

You know your experience. You're qualified. And yet, when the interview starts, something shifts.
You blank, overthink, or your body reacts in ways that feel hard to control.
This isn't a lack of ability. It's a common response to high-stakes evaluation — and something you can learn to work with.

This is for you if...

  • You're actively applying for jobs and struggling with interview anxiety

  • You avoid applying because of fear of interviewing

  • You feel "stuck" at the interview stage of the hiring process

  • Experience racing thoughts, blanking, panic, or overwhelm during interviews

  • You struggle with public speaking or speech anxiety

  • Want support with both interview preparation and emotional regulation

  • Are open to practicing interview questions within a supportive group setting

This is not for you if...

  • You’re only looking for interview coaching or mock interview practice without an anxiety component

  • You’re seeking a quick fix or guaranteed interview outcome

  • You’re not comfortable participating in guided interview practice during sessions

  • You’re looking primarily for resume-writing or job-search strategy support

  • You prefer a fully individualized/private service rather than a group format
