In addition, Amanda is the author of a 10-week public speaking group designed to help her members fear less and speak more. She is a solutions-oriented practitioner who is known for her ability to identify resources, invent activities and even leverage technology to support her clients in reaching their career goals. Amanda earned her Masters and PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Meagan is known for her warm, direct, and collaborative approach. She has taught psychology and mental health at the university level, supervised emerging clinicians, and led wellbeing strategy as Director of Wellbeing at a private Toronto school. Meagan holds a PhD in Social Psychology from York University, a Master of Social Work in Clinical Practice from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Master’s in Community Psychology from the University of Toronto and applies psychological science with clinical precision. Paula Rosen is a speech therapist and professional communication coach with a background in theatre, songwriting and performance. Although she didn’t say it first, Paula firmly believes that ‘All the world’s a stage.’ In our daily roles, we may feel miscast or experience stage fright. Paula helps her clients to find their words, say them well, and feel more confident in their professional and personal communication. Originally from Montreal, Paula has also lived and worked in Vancouver and the UK, and recently settled in Toronto. She earned her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from the Northwestern University and is a member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
