Career counselling is for you if

  • You're feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected from your work

  • You're considering a career pivot, but don't know where to begin

  • You're ambitious but struggling with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or fear of being seen

  • You're at a leadership transition or inflexion point in your career

  • You want to align what you do with who you actually are

Career counselling may not be right if

  • You're looking primarily for job placement or recruiting support

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what career to pursue

  • You're not ready to reflect or do work between sessions

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a one-session solution

What to expect

  • Resume, LinkedIn, and personal branding support where relevant

  • Mock interview preparation and feedback

  • A plan that is built around you — not a generic roadmap

  • A psychologist-led process that blends evidence-based frameworks (CBT, ACT, values-based work) with practical career strategy

  • Support identifying your values, strengths, and what's actually blocking you

  • Tools to move from self-doubt to self-directed action

Each counselling session includes:

  • 1:1 sessions with a registered psychologist or therapist

  • Individualized career assessment and values mapping

  • Evidence-based psychological support alongside practical career tools

  • Support across the full career lifespan — from early career to late-stage transitions

  • Resume development, personal branding, and interview preparation support where applicable
