Self Confidence

What would it feel like to feel more confident and authentic at work?

For many of us, we are so afraid to show people who we are because we let fears such as (fear of failure, fear of power, fear of losing control) hold us back. It's amazing at what can happen when we give ourselves permission to make mistakes, to express our needs/desires and the freedom to let our authentic selves shine.

This area of our practice includes working through impostor syndrome, people-pleasing tendencies, lacking assertiveness and a general focus on building confidence to perform one's job.
