5 Steps to Simplify Your Life | Podcast Episode

The personal compass is so important because it really helps us to discover what we are about how we want to get to what we're about to help helps us really understand our ideal selves

This is a special DIY episode where we take you behind the scenes to create your personal compass.

One of the most powerful things we can do for ourselves in the pursuit of living an intentional life is getting clear on how we want to feel. You’ve probably noticed many people selecting words of the years right now [as I’m writing this, it’s the beginning of 2021], which I’m all for, but they don’t help us with the ‘how’ or the discovery of how we feel when we feel at our best. In this exercise, you get to review a list of over 100 feelings to create your top 5 words, deep-seated, transformative feelings like anchored, restored, powerful, soul-fuelled, nimble, present, genuine, buzzing and luminious. When we take these words and create a roadmap for how we can cultivate and engender those feelings, the result is someone feeling in flow. Someone who can make decisions, both small and big more easily. Someone who has clarity on their direction and who can get themselves back on track in a snap. Someone who is becoming self-aware. And someone who can begin to lead a more intentional life and actively design. It’s about designing a life that is true to you.

We walk you through 5 steps to building your own and give you ALL of the tools and resources you’ll need to do it. We teach you how to create your own personal compass. So that anytime you veer away from what makes you feel at your best, you can get back on track in a snap.
