You want to gain a deeper self-awareness and understanding of your own thoughts and behaviours
You want to learn and practice new coping strategies to manage the stress from your imposter syndrome
WHEN DO WE MEET?
For each cohort, we meet weekly for 90-mins over Zoom. The program is open to Ontario and Nova Scotia residents only and is limited to 8 participants.
