Together, let’s change your relationship with fear and gain public-speaking self-confidence.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
If you experience anxiety during public-speaking and want to build confidence, listen up!
Dr. Amanda Tobe, organizational psychologist has created a new 8 week online group therapy program that is designed to help you fear less and speak more. This signature program combines psychoeducation, science-based strategies, in-class activities and group-based learning to help individuals develop their own personalized toolkits for coping with public-speaking fears. This program is structured yet dynamic; while it is lecture-based, you will have plenty of opportunities for questions, participation and sharing (as much or as little as you want!)
The group will meet every Tuesday for 60-90 minutes over lunch hour and is held over Zoom. The program is open to Ontario residents only and will be limited to 8 participants.

Cost: $2,200 (no HST)
Note: invoices will be provided that you can submit through insurance if you have coverage for a psychologist

All calls will take place during lunch time on Tuesday’s over Zoom
A private Zoom link will be sent out to attendees.
Sessions range from 60-90 minutes and participants will have schedule in advance.

You are filled with dread prior to/during public-speaking and performing
You avoid public-speaking situations
Feel disappointed, frustrated or embarrassed about your performance in meetings, interviews and/or presentations
You find your nervousness impairs your performance

Email dr.amandatobe@gmail.com or use the booking link to set up a free 15 minute phone call. Prior to the call you will complete a short online questionnaire. If you decide to enroll in the program you will need to complete the group confidentiality form prior the first session

You must be 19 years and older and a resident of Ontario and have access to the virtual sessions.
The program is limited to 8 participants.

All sessions will be recorded separately and a private link will be emailed to those who were not in attendance at the session. Note all video links have expiration dates 8 weeks from the start of the program

We require payment is in full ($2200) prior to the first workshop.
If you would like pre-approval from your insurance, an invoice can be provided first to determine whether you qualify for coverage.
